SPIRITUAL UNDERSTANDING

The Book of Revelation is the REVELATION OF THE LORD JESUS HIMSELF within the hearts of men.  When we come to this wonderful book of Revelation, in order to receive the message, we must first understand the symbols.  Like most of the rest of scripture, the whole book of Revelation is conveyed to us in the language of signs and symbols.  Our God is a spirit thus his language is not carnal like a mere man "but spiritual". Therefore as Jesus who is the light of the world is "REVEALED WITHIN" there is also an uncovering, exposing, taking away the cover, tearing away the veil of the obstructions of the flesh that HE MAY BE SEEN by the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation. Unto those having eyes to see and ears to hear what the Spirit of Truth is saying.

The Word of God is written to THE INNER MAN OF THE HEART with the purpose of transforming and changing the "hidden man" into the image and likeness of the LORD HIMSELF.  There is absolutely NOTHING in the Word of God that is "truly about" natural things such as, dirt, seed, or about natural wheat or barley, or physical dates on a natural calendar. There is absolutely NOTHING in the Book of Revelation which is "truly about" all these outer, natural  things but point to higher, spiritual things!  In like manner, the book of Revelation is not about lambs, and beasts, and heads, and horns, and harlots, and altars, and incense, and thrones, and seas, and mountains, and monsters, and marks, and fires, and pits, and chains, and millenniums.  Oh, no!  The book of Revelation is about YOU!  It’s about the revelation of Jesus Christ in "HIS BODY" with all the forces and powers and instruments and workings and dealings and warfare and purging and purifications and victories that are involved in the process--"IN US"...

Every word and passage of scripture is designed for the working and dealing of God in the hearts of men to bring CHANGE.  HERE IT IS...  Phl 2:13... For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.   Thus it is THE GRACE OF GOD working in and by the power of His almighty Word transforming our "WILL" thus empowering men to do of HIS GOOD PLEASURE.  In like manner, the book of Revelation is not about lambs, and beasts, and heads, and horns, and harlots, and altars, and incense, and thrones, and seas, and mountains, and monsters, and marks, and fires, and pits, and chains, and millenniums.  The book of Revelation is about CHRIST BEING REVEALED "WITHIN MEN" by the Spirit!

Paul by inspiration declares... Rom 8:18... For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed "IN US".   Here is the TRUE PURPOSE of the Book of Revelation... That the glory of God in the face of the Lord Jesus is and shall be revealed "IN US".  The revelation of Jesus Christ is Christ appearing in fullness of life, nature, stature, power, and glory in His body, within the saints. Therefore the Book of Revelation is about "US".... Christ "IN US" the hope of living and experiencing "THE GLORY OF HIS LIFE"--- Christ in us the hope of Glory.... His coming-appearing within brings light that EXPOSES things which are hiding and hindering to His appearing and therefore must be removed, eradicated, and destroyed.  As Jesus is revealed throughout the Book His glory shines in such a manner evil creatures and ungodly spiritual things are made known. Without the removal and destruction of these things which conceal, hide, and obscure Him there can never be His revelation.

Here are the results of the appearing of Christ within the hearts of men.  2Th 2:3... Let no man deceive you by any means: FOR THE "DAY-JESUS" SHALL NOT COME, except there come a falling away first--THE FIRST MAN ADAM MUST FALL AWAY, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;   2Th 2:4... Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.   2Th 2:5... Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?  And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 2Th 2:7... For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he

be taken out of the way.  2Th 2:8... And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

In verse 3 we see the phrase... FOR THE DAY SHALL NOT COME-(appear)... spiritually revealing THE DAY OF THE LORD... which Is the

revelation and unveiling of Christ in our midst-HE IS "THE DAY". Notice there must be a falling away "FIRST" of the MAN OF SIN.  Spiritually "the man of sin" is the flesh nature and realm of the sin nature.  It is this "nature of Sin" that is hindering and with-holding "THE COMING AND APPEARING OF CHRIST" within.  The man of sin is the "son of perdition" which is THE NATURE OF THE BEAST holding back THE REVELATION OF CHRIST JESUS!  SELF-FLESH is in the heart of man CALLING himself god.

Notice in verse 4 THE MAN OF SIN is sitting in the TEMPLE OF GOD.... well who is the TEMPLE OF GOD? What know ye not that WE ARE THE TEMPLE OF THE LIVING GOD.  Look at the phrase in verse 5 saying... UNTIL HE--THE MAN OF SIN---THE MAN OF FLESH--THE FIRST MAN-- WITHIN THE TEMPLE... who WITH-HOLDETH the revelation of Christ within the temple.

Notice in verse 5 "THE MAN OF SIN" must be REVEALED-EXPOSED in his time.  As Christ the light of the world is revealed in the Book of Revelation his glory exposes the darkness and evil of the "son of perdition" within.  Notice is verse 7 the phrase... the "mystery of iniquity" spiritually speaking of the same as the "man of sin" and also the same as the "son of perdition".  So the "mystery of iniquity" as the "man of sin" is he who now "letteth will let",  until he be TAKEN OUT OF THE WAY".

The phrase "he who now letteth will let"... is revealed in the original Greek text as... he who "WITH HOLDS" will hid and with hold

the glory of the coming and appearing of the Lord himself from within men's hearts--- UNTIL HE BE TAKEN OUT OF THE WAY.  Thus at his taking away the SON OF RIGHTEOUSNESS and THE DAY STAR arises from  within THE TEMPLE in which we are.    Beloved these scriptures reveal exactly what the BOOK OF REVELATION is all about.

Notice the destruction and taking away of all hinderances from within the temple of God in verse 8.... The "wicked man sitting in the temple" is revealed and exposed by the coming of the Lord to his temple.... whom the Lord shall consume with the Spirit of his mouth... HIS WORD... and shall destroy him with the brightness of HIS COMING in and by the power of His glorious Spirit.  This is exactly what is happening within our lives in the Book of the Revelation of the Lord Jesus... as he COMES... he is destroying all things of the flesh which are withholding and hiding HIS GLORIOUS APPEARING AND MANIFESTATION WITHIN AND THROUGH OUR LIVES.... Yes it is CHRIST "IN US" THE HOPE OF LIVING OUT HIS WONDERFUL LIFE AND WORK....  This is the Book of the Revelation of the Lord Jesus Himself as He returns to His temple in which we are....

Blessings All....
